Eyetastic Services is seeking an experienced Optical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the optical department in our Sterling, VA location. You will lead the sales team, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving strong sales performance.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in optical sales and management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for helping patients find the right eyewear.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading teams, customer service, and sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Desire to work in a medical environment and help patients.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in optical sales and management is required.
• Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of optical products and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
