Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking an outstanding Optical Manager to lead a sophisticated optical department within a private practice. You will oversee daily operations, mentor a team of optical professionals, manage inventory and lab workflows, and ensure a five-star patient experience.

We seek a licensed Optician with strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a track record in eye care leadership. Travel between locations may be required in this upscale environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent optical experience.
• Experience in private practice leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience
• Significant management experience, ideally with several years in an eye care leadership role
• Background in private practice strongly preferred
• Experience working in an optical lab is highly desirable
• Demonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Willingness to travel between locations as required
