Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Dining Services, you will lead food and beverage service, explain menu items and dietary options, verify resident preferences, assist with set-up and breakdown, stock stations, and provide attentive, friendly customer care throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food service is required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining experience for residents, colleagues and guests.
• Lead service of food or beverages and accommodate dietary needs.
• Explain how menu items are prepared and ingredients used.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of meals; stock service areas as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties and support culinary staff at various stations.
