Job summary

Sargent & Greenleaf, part of the ASSA ABLOY High Security Group, seeks a General Manager in Nicholasville, KY to lead the business with full P&L responsibility across sales, operations, and strategy. You will drive profitability, customer success, and operational excellence while leveraging global resources for growth.

The role requires a strong track record in senior leadership, manufacturing or engineered products, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the business, delivering objectives for growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute business strategies, annual operating plans, and long-range growth initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth through customer development, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate international business activities, customer relationships, market development efforts, and cross-functional collaboration across global regions to support growth and alignment with ASSA ABLOY and High Security Group objectives.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team that fosters accountability, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
• Maintain executive relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market position and customer loyalty.
• Lead product portfolio and innovation strategies to support customer needs, market competitiveness, and long-term business growth.
• Ensure manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, and operational strategies deliver superior quality, delivery performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide financial leadership through effective management of budgets, capital investments, cash flow, and operating performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, quality, safety, and company requirements.
• Champion a culture of customer focus, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and alignment with ASSA ABLOY values.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Advanced degree preferred
