ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a General Manager for Sargent & Greenleaf in Nicholasville, KY. You will lead all major business functions, drive growth, manage profitability, and ensure operational excellence while guiding a strategic direction aligned with the High Security Group.

You will oversee sales, product development, supply chain, finance, and HR, partnering with global resources to maximize performance and customer value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in manufacturing, engineered or security products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical, regulated, or customer-critical environments.
• Strong strategic, financial, operational, and commercial leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
