Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in manufacturing or engineered products.
• Strong strategic, financial, operational, and commercial leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the business, delivering objectives for growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute business strategies, annual operating plans, and long-range growth initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth through customer development, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate international business activities, customer relationships, market development efforts, and cross-functional collaboration across global regions.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team and maintain executive relationships with key customers and partners.
