Job summary

ASSA ABLOY High Security Group is seeking a General Manager for Sargent & Greenleaf in Nicholasville, KY. You will lead overall performance, shape strategy, and manage functional areas including sales, product, operations, and HR across global regions.

The role requires 10+ years of senior leadership with P&L experience in manufacturing or security products, plus strong strategic and financial acumen. Domestic and international travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in manufacturing, engineered products, security products, industrial technology, or similarly complex businesses.
• Demonstrated success driving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical, regulated, or customer-critical environments.
• Strong strategic, financial, operational, and commercial leadership capabilities.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to support customers, business development activities, operations, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders within a matrixed global organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
