Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership with full P&L responsibility in manufacturing or engineered products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical, regulated, or customer-critical environments.

• Lead overall performance of the business with objectives for growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute business strategies, operating plans, and long-range growth initiatives.
