Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in McAllen, TX is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to oversee sales and day-to-day studio operations.

You will lead a team of stylists and front desk staff, implement procedures, ensure customer service excellence, and drive revenue through coaching and performance incentives.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manager Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Leader and motivator capable of taking a team of Stylists and Front desk to high performance levels through empathy, collaboration and accountability.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented, Capable of taking care of the customer by always putting yourself on the customer’s side.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
