Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a sales and operations manager to oversee all sales and studio operations for our eyelash extension and eyebrow service location.

The role requires hands-on leadership of stylists and front desk teams, a strong focus on customer service, policy implementation, and driving revenue growth through effective team management.

Formación

• Min 3 years of experience leading revenue/sales performance.
• Hands-on experience leading teams and interacting with customers.
• Experience in management roles such as sales/operations/general manager.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee sales and operations for the eyelash studio.
• Lead stylists and front desk to high performance through empathy and accountability.

Amazing Lash Studio® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio.

Manager Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Leader and motivator capable of taking a team of Stylists and Front desk to high performance levels through empathy, collaboration and accountability.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented, Capable of taking care of the customer by always putting yourself on the customer’s side.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competent trainer and motivator
• MindBody Software experience a plus
