Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to lead guest experience, coach a store team, and drive top-line results. You will mentor the Assistant General Manager and own day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional guest service and store performance.

You will be measured on sales targets, budgeting, and leadership effectiveness, operating with accountability across all store functions and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales objectives.
• Own store numbers, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on performance.
