This role emphasizes operations, staffing, training, and timely service, with a focus on coaching, scheduling, and ensuring policy compliance. It’s a hands-on leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be an EPL Assistant Manager or have 3+ years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and recognize team performance to drive efficient restaurant operations.
• Train team on opening/closing procedures and oversee setup, food prep, and cleaning.
• Optimize labor planning and scheduling to match sales volume and labor targets.
• Provide hands-on support by covering workstations and backup for breaks as needed.
• Maintain focus on guest service and speed of service, meeting company goals and standards.
• Oversee hiring processes from interviews to orientation to staffing requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support operations.
