Inspire Resources is hiring a General Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings in Colorado. You will oversee the restaurant management team, drive labor and food safety standards, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing P&L performance, and leading community engagement initiatives. The role requires 4–5 years of restaurant management and prior GM experience, with a focus on regulatory compliance, safety, and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Previous General Manager experience required.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling/sanitation.
