Qualifications

• 4–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and alcohol service.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training.
• Drive local restaurant marketing and monitor P&L results.
• Ensure high standards of guest experiences and safety practices.
• Lead community fundraising and events related activities.
