• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing plant operations, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Ready Mix operations, drivers, maintenance, and production.
• Direct daily operations with the Operations Manager to ensure consistent production and quality.
• Oversee plant scheduling, procurement, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and staff; foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure safety, quality, and service in customer interactions and project execution.
