Job summary

Crete Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Columbia, SC / Midlands Area ready-mix concrete division. This senior role carries overall responsibility for safety, operations, sales, service, quality, and the division's financial performance.

The General Manager will guide a five-location operation, balance production and delivery with customer needs, and drive growth while maintaining a strong safety culture and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the division's leadership teams across five locations.
• Establish expectations and accountability across locations and departments.
• Drive safety, operational excellence, quality, and customer service.
• Own division P&L, cost control, budgeting, and profitability.
• Monitor productivity, fleet utilization, and key KPIs.
• Guide sales strategy and customer relationships; grow accounts.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute growth priorities.
