10 Store Quick Serv Hamburger Franchise is seeking a General Manager in Hagerstown, MD to lead a 40+ person team and oversee operations with a focus on guest experience and product quality.

The role requires 3+ years of QSR general management experience and ServSafe certification; compensation includes a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 with monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' QSR General Management restaurant experience in the areas of team hiring, developing, motivating, team scheduling, productivity, food ordering system, store sanitation, cash management, reading and managing to the budget, P&L's, sales building promotions, local store marketing, ordering, and excelling in customer service.

Responsibilities:

Partners in Profit - 1% of profits paid out every 12 months
