Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Dothan, AL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive restaurant performance. You will manage budgeted sales and profits, oversee staffing, training, and guest service, and ensure safe, clean, and engaging operations for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include staffing decisions, coaching, and implementing policies to maintain high standards while striving for growth and excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Over 2 years restaurant management experience in QSR preferred.
• Food Safety Certified a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing P&L and operations.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates for the right positions.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees on performance and safety.
