Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience in QSR preferred.
• Basic math skills for budgeting and P&L.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits and guest service.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members and managers on operations, policies and guest service.
• Respond to complaints and policy violations with constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and employees.
