You will oversee front- and back-of-house operations, manage budgets and schedules, coach a high-performing team, and build strong client relationships while ensuring food safety and cost controls.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience in upscale hospitality environments.
• Forbes Five-Star service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgets and cost controls.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Lead and inspire FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional hospitality every day.
