Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of dining and catering operations with exceptional service.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams on programs and events.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and expenses.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards.
• Partner on menu strategy, guest experience, and events.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development.
• Champion inclusivity, hospitality, and operational excellence.
