Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume dining environment.
• Experience managing teams under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day dining operations with smart labor management and guest-focused service.
• Partner with Executive Chef to align restaurant strategy and execution.
• Translate menus, pricing, and initiatives into daily floor operations.
