Job summary

Morton's The Steakhouse in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of the city’s premier fine dining destinations. You will drive operational excellence, develop a high-performing team, and create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost control, service standards, staff development, and guest satisfaction, with a focus on delivering the Morton's experience and wine program excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years General Manager experience in upscale / fine dining
• Regional or multi-unit management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction
• Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability
• Strong communication and leadership skills with advanced computer and math skills
• Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
• Ensure all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Manage shifts with daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while ensuring high quality of food and service
• Provide direction to employees and develop them through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
