Formación

• Experience leading corporate dining or premium hospitality operations.

• Lead all aspects of the account’s dining and catering operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and partnership.

• Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to deliver innovative dining programs and events.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, labor planning, and expense control.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
