Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking a General Manager for Pre-Fabrication to lead strategy, sales, and operations across a growing portfolio of prefabrication capabilities. The role requires deep leadership, customer executive engagement, and a hands-on approach to scaling manufacturing and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years of leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience growing a business, business unit, product line, or market segment.
• Experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, pricing and profitability metrics.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships and selling to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for the Pre-Fabrication business, including revenue growth and pricing strategy.
• Develop and execute the long-term strategy and growth plan for the Pre-Fabrication division.
• Lead sales and commercial initiatives, including pipeline development and market penetration.
• Establish executive-level relationships with key customers and partners.
• Identify and launch new products, services and revenue streams for growth.
• Drive expansion into new customer segments, markets, and geographies.
• Partner with operations to optimize manufacturing efficiency and scalability.
• Evaluate capital investments supporting growth and excellence.
• Develop leaders and build a scalable organizational structure.
• Collaborate with customers to identify field-installed systems for in-shop manufacture.
• Champion innovation in modular assemblies and data center products.
