The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to scale manufacturing and construction services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, construction management, manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with significant P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of growing a business, unit, product line, or market segment.
• Experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.

Aufgaben

• Own the Pre-Fabrication division with full P&L responsibility and budget control.
• Define and execute long-term business strategy and growth plans.
• Lead sales, pipeline development, and key account expansion efforts.
• Build executive relationships with customers, partners, and industry players.
• Identify new products, services, and revenue streams to expand capabilities.
• Drive geographic and market expansion while ensuring operational scalability.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize manufacturing efficiency and capacity.
• Mentor leaders and develop a scalable organizational structure.
