Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions seeks a General Manager, Pre-Fabrication, to lead and accelerate growth for the Pre-Fabrication division. This role carries full P&L accountability, shaping strategy, sales, and market expansion while aligning with operations and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to scale manufacturing and construction services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, construction management, manufacturing, or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience with significant P&L responsibility.
Proven track record of growing a business, unit, product line, or market segment.
Experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Own the Pre-Fabrication division with full P&L responsibility and budget control.
Define and execute long-term business strategy and growth plans.
Lead sales, pipeline development, and key account expansion efforts.
Build executive relationships with customers, partners, and industry players.
Identify new products, services, and revenue streams to expand capabilities.
Drive geographic and market expansion while ensuring operational scalability.
Collaborate with operations to optimize manufacturing efficiency and capacity.
Mentor leaders and develop a scalable organizational structure.
