Job summary
Lonestar Integrated Solutions seeks a Vice President of Prefabrication to lead expansion and strategic development of our prefabrication and manufacturing operations. This executive role builds, scales, and optimizes a high-performing division as we transition to a larger facility and expand production capabilities.
The VP will provide strategic leadership over manufacturing operations, planning, engineering coordination, quality, workforce development, and capital investment initiatives to
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in prefabrication or manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to scale and optimize production facilities.
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods.
- Experience with capacity planning and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy supporting long-term growth.
- Lead capacity expansion, automation, and standardization initiatives.
- Oversee scalable production capabilities across product lines.
- Establish manufacturing standards, procedures, and quality systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital manufacturing adoption.
