Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Vice President of Prefabrication to lead expansion and strategic development of our prefabrication and manufacturing operations. This executive role focuses on building a scalable, profitable division as we grow capacity and capabilities.

The VP will guide manufacturing operations, planning, engineering coordination, quality, workforce development, and capital investments, establishing infrastructure and standards for scalable electrical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, prefabrication, or electrical assembly environments.
• Experience building or scaling a prefabrication operation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable operational improvement.
• Strong financial management and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise manufacturing strategy aligning with long-term growth.
• Establish an operational roadmap focused on capacity expansion and standardization.
• Lead scalable production capabilities and manufacturing excellence across lines.
• Implement manufacturing standards, SOPs, quality systems, and metrics.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and advanced production technologies.
