P. Terry’s Burger Stand in Houston, TX is seeking a General Manager-in-Training to lead a high-energy team in a fast-casual setting. You'll coach crew, drive daily operations, and model a people-first leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours).
• Drive-thru experience is a big plus.
