Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on General Manager in Eureka, IL to oversee restaurant operations, lead a team, and ensure hospitality and integrity in daily performance. You will report to the District Manager and drive expectations across team members and shift leaders to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The role demands 3–5 years in quick service management, strong financial acumen, and ability to maintain high standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and hire staff and build a bench for growth.
• Execute marketing plans, including POP and menu boards.
• Ensure staffing and training through effective programs.
• Open and operate restaurant during business hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory and equipment with approved vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise in line with policies and standards.
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers and Team Members to perform at high levels.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and discuss with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
