Job summary

Intermountain Home Services, LLC. seeks a General Manager to lead a branch across service, sales, install, warehouse, and support operations. You will own the P&L, drive performance, and develop frontline leadership while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strategic thinking with daily operational intensity, accountable for growth targets, safety, and a culture of high performance. Strong leadership, communication, and CRM/dispatch familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in a multi-function service or operations environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership, workforce planning, and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing field teams, supervisors, and administrative staff.
• Excellent leadership presence and ability to build culture across departments.
• Experience in home services, trades, or field-based operations preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other dispatch/CRM platforms a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Own revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA delivery for the branch.
• Operational Execution: Ensure adherence to the Branch Playbook across booking, dispatch, service, and install.
• Leadership Development: Hire, onboard, coach, and retain technicians and frontline leaders.
• Talent Strategy: Build bench strength and maintain performance expectations.
• Customer Experience: Oversee service quality, NPS, callbacks, reviews, and escalations.
• Cultural Ownership: Model performance culture and team values.
• Field Productivity: Maintain technician utilization, capacity models, and overtime control.
• Business Rhythm: Lead daily huddles, weekly reviews, and monthly/quarterly updates.
• Risk Management: Champion safety, compliance, and risk reduction.
