HomeTown Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee our HVAC, electrical, and plumbing operations. You will drive daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead cross-functional teams to grow all service lines within the Jacksonville branch.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of achieving P&L targets. You’ll report to the Region Manager and manage staffing, budgets, and regional initiatives while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in operational leadership and P&L management.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing divisions.
• Develop SOPs to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department managers and staff.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
• Drive growth through sales collaboration and new business opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Travel locally for customer site visits and vendor meetings.
