• Experience leading a store, branch, department, or business against measurable financial and operating goals.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and improving business performance.
• Owning or influencing P&L performance including revenue, labor, margins, expenses, and profitability.
• Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable.
• Ability to develop leaders rather than only managing individual contributors.
• Strong commercial and operational judgment with data-driven decision making.
• Bias toward action—identify problems early, build solutions, and stay engaged until results improve.
• High standards for customer experience, quality, accountability, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own shop revenue, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, improve retention, and expand customer value.
• Use financial and operating data to diagnose performance gaps and take action.
• Manage labor, margins, expenses, and shop resources for sustainable performance.
• Build, lead, and retain a high-performing team with clear expectations.
• Own hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop Assistant General Managers and other future leaders.
• Address underperformance quickly while developing strong performers.
• Own day-to-day shop execution across workflow, staffing, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and turnaround.
• Maintain standards around repair quality, safety, customer concerns, and repairs.
• Our strongest General Managers deliver sustained revenue and profitability growth, build teams, and improve customer loyalty.
