You will partner with sector leaders to align strategies and deliver sustained improvements to efficiency and metrics.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and achievement of performance targets within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience
• 2+ years logistics industry experience

Responsabilités

• Primary contact for operational leaders on performance initiatives.
• Communicate performance results to/from customers and sites.
• Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team for guidance, trainings, and SOPs.
• Lead labor planning models; train analysts and site leaders in analytics.
• Drive labor efficiency and savings; communicate impact on the P&L.
• Align performance disciplines with business and account strategies.
• Analyze performance stats and drive metric improvement.
• Sponsor projects related to operational performance across sites.
• Manage internal projects to improve site performance.
• Champion continuous improvement across customer sites.
• Educate staff on operational performance and contributions.
