Job summary

Stonewood Grill in Brandon, FL is seeking an Operating Partner to lead the restaurant's total operations, including profit and loss, hiring and training of management and hourly staff, daily safety and sanitation, and guest service. This role runs on-site and reports to a Regional Director.

The successful candidate will protect food quality, ensure cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and enforce all company policies while driving revenue growth and strong team performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant GM experience preferred.
• Combination of front of the house and back of the house management experience.
• Creative problem-solver who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas.
• Proven track record in successfully training and developing people.
• Experience with Kitchen thru-put (efficiency) processes.
• Experience and proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to increase revenue and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
• Must be able to handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operations of Stonewood Grill, including all aspects of profit and loss.

Job description

The Operating Partner is responsible for the total operations of Stonewood Grill including

all aspects of profit and loss, hiring and training of both management and

hourly team, daily execution of safety/sanitation, quality food preparation

and guest service. Responsible for cleanliness, repair and maintenance of the

building and equipment. The Operating Partner is responsible for these areas

whether on or off the premises. Responsible for communicating and

administering all company policies and procedures.
