Job summary

Buck & Rider is expanding to Naples and seeks a General Manager to lead a multimillion-dollar, high-volume restaurant. You will build and mentor leadership and hourly teams from day one, uphold brand standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

You will partner with culinary leaders to align FOH and BOH, protect financial performance, and foster a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Significant General Manager or senior leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and retaining Managers and hourly teams.
• Strong understanding of FOH operations and collaboration with BOH leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operation and performance of a multimillion-dollar, high-volume restaurant.
• Lead the opening and stabilization of the Naples location.
• Train, coach, develop, and mentor Managers and hourly team members.
• Set expectations for execution, hospitality, culture, and financial performance.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and guide during peak periods.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns with urgency and hospitality.
