Buck & Rider is expanding to Naples and seeks a General Manager to lead a multimillion-dollar, high-volume restaurant. You will build and mentor leadership and hourly teams from day one, uphold brand standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
You will partner with culinary leaders to align FOH and BOH, protect financial performance, and foster a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork.
Restaurant Group is coming to Naples - and we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the way.
We are seeking polished, energetic, and service-driven professionals who thrive in high-volume, guest-focused environments and are passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Our leaders are intellectually curious, growth-driven, and committed to delivering the highest standards in hospitality, operations, and culture. As we continue expanding nationally, there are future relocation and advancement opportunities for ambitious hospitality professionals.
As General Manager, you'll own the entire multimillion-dollar restaurant operation and play a critical role in bringing our culture, standards, and hospitality to Naples. We need a dynamic leader who builds great teams, creates accountability, protects standards, understands the numbers, and recognizes that hospitality happens one guest at a time.
This isn't simply an opportunity to run a restaurant. It's an opportunity to open one, build its culture from the ground up, and introduce our group to Florida.
You're the kind of General Manager who knows great restaurants are built through people. You can walk into a busy dining room and see everything at once - the guest who needs attention, the Manager who needs coaching, the host stand beginning to back up, and the operational detail that needs to be corrected before it becomes tomorrow's problem.
You understand the numbers, but never forget restaurants are ultimately a people business. You develop Managers instead of simply managing them, set high expectations, coach consistently, recognize great performance, and create accountability when standards aren't being met.
Most importantly, you're energized by opening restaurants - recruiting, training, rehearsals, systems, first guests, the first packed weekend, and the moment a collection of newly hired people becomes a team.
