Job summary

Inspire-Brands is opening a new Dunkin in Cuyahoga Falls and seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales from day one. You will oversee staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage all aspects of store performance.

You will guide the Restaurant Management Team, implement training initiatives, and support local marketing efforts. Availability to start early and stay flexible is required.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of restaurant/retail/hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Strong team management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Be ready to start your day early, with shifts starting at 4 am.
• Open and flexible availability to accommodate schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Drive sales and profit goals.
• Lead and develop the Restaurant Management Team.
