Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Bristow, OK seeks a General Manager to lead a multi-brand food service operation. You will own overall store performance, drive profitability, and ensure brand standards across retail and dining concepts.

You will manage P&L, labor, inventory, and food costs while building a high-energy team focused on guest hospitality and safety compliance. ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful General Manager experience in high-volume casual dining or QSR
• Ability to lead teams of 15–30+ employees and develop shift managers into leaders
• Active ServSafe Manager Certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years of successful General Manager experience (or senior AGM experience ready for step-up) in high-volume casual dining (e.g., Chili's, Applebee's, Olive Garden), QSR, or high-volume c-store operations.
• Leadership Skills: Track record of leading teams of 15–30+ employees, developing shift managers into leaders, and driving employee retention.
• Financial Acumen: Full P&L mastery with deep knowledge of food service metrics (ideal vs. actual labor, COGS, waste tracking, margin optimization, and inventory turnover).
• Certifications: Active ServSafe Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to lead store operations.
