Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-brand kitchen and delivery operation in Jersey City. You will own the local P&L, manage a blended onsite team of employees and contract staff, and drive service excellence across dine-in, pickup, and delivery channels.

You should bring 3+ years in high-volume operations (logistics, hospitality, or ecommerce), a proven track record of KPI delivery, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume operations in logistics, hospitality, or ecommerce.
• Proven track record of progressive leadership and growth.
• Full P&L ownership with KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment.
• Optimize labor, throughput, and service execution.
• Manage inventory, waste reduction, and safety compliance.
• Lead a blended onsite team of employees and contracted staff.
• Partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to cut costs and grow revenue.
