Job summary

Texas Built Mobile Homes in Rosenberg, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead and grow our sales and operations. You will drive the team to hit monthly targets, manage store performance, and guide customers through significant purchases with deep industry knowledge.

The role requires a proven GM or Sales Manager background in mobile/manufactured homes, strong leadership, and autonomous work style. Expect a demanding schedule with up to six days per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Manager in mobile/manufactured homes or closely related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your sales team to crush monthly goals and drive overall store performance.
• Own the store's performance: sales numbers, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day operations.
• Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins.
• Guide customers through major purchases with industry knowledge; maintain presence up to 6 days per week.
