Lead, motivate, and develop your sales team to crush monthly goals, your leadership sets the tone for the whole lot. Own the store's performance: sales numbers, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day operations all roll up to you. Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins — big and small. Use your industry knowledge to guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Be present and engaged — this role requires availability up to 6 days per week.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in mobile/manufactured homes or a closely related industry — this is a must. A natural leader who earns respect, inspires action, and builds team culture. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communicator — with your team, your customers, and ownership. Self-starter who doesn't need to be told twice and can operate with autonomy.
