We're seeking an accomplished General Manager - Mechanical Services to provide executive leadership for our commercial mechanical services business. This is a true P&L leadership role with the authority to shape strategy, develop people, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across service, maintenance, construction, and electrical operations.

Lead financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and operational planning while delivering sustainable revenue growth and strong operating margins.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand commercial and industrial service, preventive maintenance agreements, retrofit projects, design-build work, electrical services, and energy-efficient building solutions throughout the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area.
Provide executive oversight for service operations, construction, project management, dispatch, and field teams to ensure exceptional execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Champion a customer-first culture focused on responsiveness, quality workmanship, and long-term partnerships that strengthen Entek's reputation throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Partner with sales and business development leaders to expand strategic customer relationships, grow market share, increase recurring maintenance revenue, and identify new business opportunities.
Continuously improve productivity, workforce planning, financial performance, project execution, and overall operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Demonstrated success as a General Manager, Vice President, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or senior operational leader within commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, electrical contracting, or related building services.
Proven experience managing full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, operational planning, and driving profitable growth.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC service, preventive maintenance programs, mechanical construction, electrical services, retrofit projects, and design-build delivery.
A history of successfully scaling operations, developing teams, expanding service offerings, and increasing market share.
Passion for building long-term relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and industry partners while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
