Entek HVAC in Vancouver, WA seeks a General Manager to lead its commercial mechanical services business. You will shape strategy, build strong customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across service, maintenance, construction, and electrical operations.

You will own P&L, budgets, and pricing strategy while guiding market growth and high-performance teams to deliver exceptional results for the Pacific Northwest region.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in GM, VP, or senior operations roles within HVAC/mechanical services.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and P&L management.
• Deep understanding of commercial HVAC service, maintenance, retrofit, and design-build.
• Track record of scaling operations and expanding service offerings.
• Customer-focused leadership delivering long-term relationships and value.
• Proven ability to develop teams, transform culture, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and set strategic priorities for the business.
• Own full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy for sustainable growth.
• Lead market growth initiatives to expand service offerings in the Portland–Vancouver area.
• Oversee service, construction, project management, dispatch, and field operations.
• Champion a customer-centric culture emphasizing quality and partnerships.
• Recruit and develop leaders; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales to grow key accounts and recurring maintenance revenue.
