This is a true P&L leadership role with the authority to shape strategy, develop people, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across service, maintenance, construction, and electrical operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Leadership experience leading commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, electrical contracting, or related building services.
• Proven experience managing full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC service, preventive maintenance programs, and design-build delivery.
• History of scaling operations, developing teams, expanding service offerings, and increasing market share.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Authentic leadership that develops people and drives accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall executive leadership and set strategic priorities to drive profitable growth across all departments.
• Own full P&L: budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and operational planning to deliver revenue growth and margins.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives to expand service, maintenance, retrofit, and design-build work.
• Oversee service operations, construction, project management, dispatch, and field teams for quality and efficiency.
• Champion a customer-first culture and long-term partnerships across the Pacific Northwest.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing leaders while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with sales to expand strategic customer relationships and recurring revenue.
• Drive productivity, workforce planning, and project execution to maintain high-quality delivery.
