Sun Tan City - JB and Associates in Omaha, NE is seeking a results‑driven Salon Director to lead a fast‑paced team, coach and motivate staff, and drive sales through consultative selling and outstanding guest service.

You will oversee daily operations including cleanliness, safety, client experience, and brand standards; set goals, track metrics, and implement action plans while balancing multiple priorities to keep the salon high functioning and energized.
