Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead a fast-paced team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards while fostering growth and performance across the salon.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or salon.
• Leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue by coaching your team, setting goals, and modeling consultative selling.
