Sun Tan City in Omaha seeks a Salon Director to lead a dynamic team and deliver a premium tanning experience.

You will drive sales, coach staff, and supervise salon operations while fostering a culture of performance, growth, and recognition. This leadership role combines coaching, sales, and hands-on management in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Physical Requirements:

• 40-45 hour workweek including mid or closing shifts based on business needs
• Active, on-your-feet role — includes some lifting, cleaning, and hands-on client interaction
