Sun Tan City - JB and Associates is seeking a Salon Director to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in Lincoln. You will coach staff, set ambitious goals, and model consultative selling while maintaining salon operations, cleanliness, and brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, solid computer skills, and excellent communication. This position offers a pathway to advancement within a fast-paced salon environment with a focus on growth
