Job summary

Troon is seeking a hands‑on General Manager for Webb's Reserve at Babcock Ranch in Punta Gorda, FL. You will lead golf operations, court sports, lifestyle amenities, wellness, F&B, and facilities while ensuring exceptional guest experiences for members and the public.

Strong leadership and financial discipline are essential for success. The role requires strategic planning, team development, and executive liaison with ownership and the community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of golf operations/club management experience.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• PGA member preferred.
• Supervisory, coaching, and staff development experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and administers a sound business and organizational plan for the property including budget and marketing.
• Hires, develops, and supervises key management employees.
• Ensures operation in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Oversees care of assets, facilities, and landscaping.
• Maintains high standards for F&B, golf, court sports, and recreation services.
• Analyzes financial statements relative to budget and takes corrective actions.
• Directs work of all property employees; coordinates with department heads.
• Engages with Regional VP/Manager to enhance local presence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
